Performed a SharePoint migration for Save the Children through BlueModus, assisted Bacardi USA with OLAP optimization and SharePoint issues, and helped create a web application for AON.

Served as key architect and chief developer of a business intelligence and forecasting application used by large retail companies in the supply-chain industry.

Architected and developed a management information system for industrial aluminum manufacturing. Mentored junior developers in ASP.NET and SharePoint development.

Supported U.S. Air Force SharePoint systems at Shaw Air Force Base and assisted .NET and SharePoint development for the Missile Defense Agency, Defense Security Cooperation Agency and Joint Warfare Analysis Center.

Received Microsoft’s Great People Great Performance Award in 2009.

Architected and developed a U.S. Army logistics web application used in Iraq, Kuwait, Afghanistan and Qatar in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Received the ITT Silver Team Award in 2008.

• Built mission-essential applications including the Marine Electronic Log Book, Link Monitor and Help Desk System.
• Served as chief firewall administrator in Al Asad, Iraq, securing the largest Marine Corps base in Iraq.

Architected employer-facing e-commerce and SaaS applications and developed internet and intranet tools. Established coding and graphics standards, mentored junior developers and reported directly to the CTO during the 2002–2003 engagement.

Microsoft · May–July 1997: Helped develop the Global Summit ’97 registration website, including session selection, hotel and transportation reservations, and credit-card information collection. Trained directly with Microsoft engineers on early ASP and ADO technologies.

Designed and developed an Exchange groupware application with custom electronic forms, serial routing, database access and multilevel approvals.

Developed enterprise applications with email, network support and multiple levels of security. Supported the full development lifecycle: requirements, prototyping, database and interface design, reporting, testing, documentation, user acceptance, training and technical support.

Designed client/server applications that connected Excel VBA with Oracle databases. Created tools for field sales representatives and Visual Basic prototypes for later migration to Oracle Forms.
